We are on our third German shepherd, but this one doesn’t seem to know to close his lips when he drinks! Water pours out everywhere!! Have a traditional raised feeder like we used with our previous dogs, but grew tired of water all over the floor and wet feet and socks. So happy we tried this! Works wonderfully. Much less water on the floor. Catches majority of the water by the time he raises his head back up. Now, floor only gets wet if he walks away quickly after drinking. Genius product!!

Good elevated feeder, May 7, 2017

This is a great elevated feeder. We recently got a malamute puppy who’s already gone from 24 lbs at 8 week’s to 36 at 12 week’s. Growing fast so I knew I needed an adjustable elevated feeder. The bowls are good size and the drip feature is definitely helpful. It also feels super stable and doesnt slide around. He’s gone from eating out of the provided bowls on the floor to eating out of the regular elevation. I’m sure in another month or 2 I’ll be adding the legs. I made a modification though, which was no fault of the feeder itself. I got the “slopper stopper” bowl and it conveniently fits inside the holes of the feeder. Our puppy likes put his entire face into the water while drinking, so even with the feeder helping, I was still getting water droplets all over my floor. The additional product helped even more. But yes, puppy and I are both very happy with this feeder.
